Evaporated milk in chicken casserole???

Nay. Think it would be very odd.

Natural yogurt, with a little cornflour to stabalise it would be OK.

I googled evaporated milk and chicken and there seem to be loads of recipes, so maybe see if any of them would suit?

Yes, I noticed there were a few too, but I've never tried it before and I'm nervous... lol

Tried it... it worked, the cream would have been nicer but it was fine with the evaporated milk. Phew.
