Lasagne

Slightly boring thread but what lasagne sheets do you use? 😀

We use the fresh ones out of the chill cabinet

Ooh, fresh ones! When I make lasagne it's always spontaneous so i always use the dry one. Probably Sainsburys own brand but we also have tried the fresh butternut squash (wheat free) option, that's nice, and also a wheat free dried pasta one, also Sainsburys. They are all great, lasagne is great, wee probably do it monthly.

I like the sainsbury wholewheat lasagne sheet, gradually transitioning the family to brown everything.

Fresh ones usually, occasionally make my own. Have used the dry ones if fresh were out of stock
