Hey so I want to make pancaklty next week give me your recipes am from north east and would rather make our version but never done it before thanks

I just put everything in a pan all at once. ...potatoes onions carrot corned beef stock cube and pepper sometimes I add a tin of tomatoes. Simmer for AGES .

I also do it in the slow cooker. ..just reduce the liquid a bit.
