Is black pudding from Aldi already cooked?

I bought black pudding from Aldi which is in a packet, sliced. It says to grill for 2-5 min on each side. I fried it on the pan for about 10 mins (5 on each side). I am feeling a bit queasy though but it is probably all in my head lol. Are they already cooked when they're sliced in the packet?

I thought black pudding was cooked, am I wrong?

Yes, black pudding is cooked when you buy it. It’s boiled in the skin. If it wasn’t, it would be a bit runny.....

Grilling or frying it heats it up and creates a tasty caremelised crust.

Of course it’s cooked, it’s bedically cooked blood, it would be runny otherwise.

A couple of minutes each side is all it need, maybe even less if thinly sliced.
