Mystery flour

Is there a way to determine a type of flour? At some point I've decanted a bag flour into a box, but forgotten to label the box. Is there a way to find out what flour it is without wasting too much of it.

If in doubt, when you're using it and it needs to be SR flour, just add some baking powder?
