Crumbling Tea Loaf

How to stop my Tea Loaf from crumbling when tried to cut a slice.

I don't know. I made one recently from a new recipe and it barely holds together. Lovely and moist but crumbling.

You need to wrap it well in cling film and let it mature for a couple of days.
It moistens up a treat then and is beautifully sticky.
If you can resist it fo day or two that is!
......must make one tomorrow.....
