Food ideas for the food flask

I have one of those Thermos flasks made to hold soups. But I never used it. I rarely have soup for lunch.
What do I use it for?
Pasta? But will it be overcooked by the time I eat it?

If you have one, a part from lunch in the office/at work, when do you use it?

jacket potatoes and beans stay hot in them. It’s best to fill the flask with hot water first to warm it, then empty before putt the food in.
Pasta is fine, if you worry about it being over done then leave slightly ald dente when you cook it.
Left over Shepard’s/cottage pie
Veggie chilli
Tagine and cous cous
Any kind of stew or casserole

Porridge if I need breakfast on the go.
Sausage, peas and mash
For picnics, I make my favourite homemade chilli – pop this in my food flask. Then take a packet of wraps, some grated cheese, sour cream and any other accompaniments. Works the same for pulled pork. Just take along some soft bread rolls, mustard, barbecue sauce and apple sauce.
I put curry in sometimes and take a naan bread with me.

Hearty stew with plenty of potatoes in.
Stew with grains like pearl barley.
Chilli and quinoa mixed together.

Any form of rice - fried rice, dal and rice, pulao etc
For pasta you could just put warm sauce in the flask, and take cooked pasta in a separate container.
