Chicken, leeks, broccoli, potatoes

Someone do me a ready steady cook with the above!?? Totally lacking in inspiration!!

Roast chicken, roast potatoes and broccoli and leeks in a cheese sauce?

Or leek and potato pie?

Chicken and broccoli pasta bake?

Cock a leekie soup?

I'd make a pie, use the potatoes as your topping if you don't have pastry on hand (either mashed or cut into thin slices) and brown in the oven

Boil kettle. Put oven on at 180. Put on music.

Dice potatoes and parboil for 3 mins (you could skip this bit)

Put chicken in oven to roast in nice dish (Denby?) , with bit of oil if it is breast. For posh, add lemon slices, salt & pepper. Put timer on for 30 mins, less if it is mini fillets.

Gently fry leeks with diced potatoes. You could finish the leek & potatoes in oven if get bored. For posh, add bit of garlic.

With 10 mins to go, steam the broccoli.

Get out the mayo, spoon in a ramekin, stir up & prepare tell everyone it is hollandaise.

Serve.
Eat.

Saute leeks in oil and butter, add chicken, cook.
Add flour, cook for a minute or 2, then add milk to make a creamy sauce.
Meanwhile cook potatoes.
Put filling in a pie dish, slice cooled pots over the top, grate cheese on if wanted, into the oven to brown.
Steam the broccoli.

Open remoska.
Drizzle some oil in.
Chop all the food.
Put into remoska.
Season with pepper.
Close remoska.
Turn on.
Come back in 30 mins, open remoska and stir about a bit. Close remoska.
Come back in another 30 mins, open remoska, pop some grated cheese on, close remoska, make some gravy, open remoska, serve.

I fecking love my remoska.
