Hi

Planning salmon tonight and want some lemon-butter-caper sauce. Is it really as simple as melt butter, squeeze lemon, add capers?

Thx!

Basically - yes!

Melt the butter (6oz or so) in a saucepan, add crushed garlic (if you want it), 4 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons lemon zest, and 2 teaspoons of capers. Simmer over a low heat for about 30 seconds, stir in some parsley if you like it.
