nothing wrong with takeaways when pregnant - it's incorrect storage and reheating of takeaways that causes probelms.

half jar of mango chutney, small carton of single cream and baby mushrooms

served with baby potatoes and veg.

salmon steak/fillet, little knob of butter, slice of lemon, salt & pepper, tablespoon white wine(optional). Wrapped in foil and cooked in the oven 20 mins.
Serve with whatever - perhaps new potatoes and salad?
