Korean Fried Chicken - any recipe recommendations?

Want to try this out. My son says it's very good. He suggested this recipe: www.allrecipes.com/recipe/238844/korean-fried-chicken/ I see the Hairy Bikers also have a recipe and I find them good normally, but vodka in the batter? There are any number of other recipes out there so I am hoping for a personal recommendation. Planning to serve it with plain rice and maybe coleslaw and a salad garnish as it sounds very rich.

This recipe is brilliant! Made it loads, completely delicious.
I don’t usually deep fry the wings, just dust lightly in flour and blast in the oven

Thanks, Fleabag! I'll have a look. I was wondering about deep frying as it's not something I normally do and I don't have a deep fat fryer, so good to know it could be done in the oven.
