Ready meal says do not microwave will it make me ill if I microwave it?

I brought a ready meal from sainsburys tonight specifically to take to work and put in the microwave but the bloody thing says oven cook only.

Will it be okay to bung it in the microwave?

It will be fine, just a bit soggy on top.

What is it? I probably won’t make you ill, but it might not taste very nice. Unless there is metal in the packaging, or plastic that will melt in the microwave.

Unless it’s pastry. Pastry dues but microwave well.

It's a veggie curry with an onion bhaji on top and just in plastic packaging.

It'll be fine transferred to a microwave dish just baji might be softer rather than crunchy.
