It's very exciting having watched all the recipe threads to finally have my own on its way.
Months/ years? ago someone posted a recipe for risotto in their IP using frozen butternut squash and it sounded so easy and delicious, I have looked and looked through the old threads and can't find it, so if anyone does have it, could you share it again?
