Really really hot pan - little oil

Put steaks in - cook on one side and then on the other so the outside is cooked and the inside is still pinkish.

Oooh I like the sound of them bakes actually.

What do you do pop some tomatoes, peppers, onions, mushrooms, oil in and kind of steam them in all the juices...(I just made all that up but it sounds good)....
