I often make jacket potatoes which I then hollow.out, and mix the potatoes with tuna and low fat cream cheese before restuffing and topping with cheddar. 5 minutes back in the oven. But today I don't have cream cheese. If I used plain yoghurt, probably in smaller amounts, do you think it would work?

Yes. I’ve used plain natural yoghurt with a baked potato before and it was lovely. Add some pepper too.

I didn't mention In original but yes to.pepper. I add loads. When giving recipe to people in full I say, "add a generous amount of black pepper... then a few more twists" Grin. Off to microwave now (usually bake in oven but too hungry).
