Online shopping coming on Weds and will include:

Sausages, cauliflower cheese and veg
Pie (bought), mash and veg
Minced beef tacos with salad and nachos and dips on the side
Southern fried chicken breast with salad and fries

The days these are eaten will depend on the use by dates on the items!

www.google.co.uk/amp/s/delishuss.com/2011/02/28/crispy-salmon-jazzed-up-rice-baby-courgette-salad-gorgeous-guacamole/amp/. For @jilted. It’s from jamie’s 30 minute meals book. I’m not doing the salad or guacamole, and am just using two regular salmon fillets, skin on. It’s a new recipe for me but looks nice.

Last night I had garlic mushroom pasta

Tomorrow Thai spiced veggie fried rice
Thursday pitta, hummous and falafel

Giraffetower · 12/02/2019 11:18

@Nononononono33 it is really tasty to say how quick & easy it is. Literally just layers of beef tomato and spinach + seasoning in a casserole dish, then cod fillet sitting on it, covered by more tomato and thin slices of soft goats cheese on top. 10 minutes in the oven and it is ready.

Occasionally, I add a béchamel-type sauce to the layers - but most times I don't bother as it is really delicious as it is ( and very diet friendly as long as you don't add a whole goats cheese! Grin)

I also add some mild curry powder to the recipe. I was shocked when my daughter ate it as its a bit of a weird combination 😊
