Gluten free recipes for young children

Hello helpful people, we've been advised to try a gluten free diet for 15mo to see if it helps his chronic constipation. I've got an older child too who is keen on feeding the younger one so I'm looking for ideas for easy gluten free family meals rather than doing something separate. I've got a slow cooker and instant pot if that helps. Any suggestions gratefully received!

There's a FB called nannie and me gluten free (or something along those lines) which had loads of yummy ideas.

As an aside if they think there's any chance of him having coeliacs disease he shouldn't go gluten free untill he's been tested. A lot of GPS seems to suggest trying the diet to see if it works but he would then have to go back to eating gluten everyday for 6weeks before any testing/diagnosis. A lot of people find the symptoms much worse if they have to do this

I recently read this book and loved it. Loads of ideas and explanations that my dc loved. Also some great recipes for stuff they already eat but gluten free, e.g. gluten-free chicken nuggets. It covers lunchboxes and snacks through to full meals. And the meals were things our whole family has enjoyed.

This slow cooker chilli served with rice is a hit with my children. The recipe uses mild chilli powder but also says it’s optional www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/slow-cooker-child-friendly-chilli

Thanks so much for the suggestions. He has been tested and ruled out for coeliac disease. The GP did suggest going gluten free before the test but thanks to MN I knew to wait!

I used to suffer from const. I just gave up wheat bread of any sort, brown wholemeal is worst!!! I use whole rice, oat or quinoa flour, instead of normal wheat flour in my recipes.
