Just that really.. DH and I are having duck breasts with crispy potatoes and green beans
The breasts are quite small so thinking to do a starter as well, but not sure what would go?

For total ease and quickness —
Ready cooked crevettes served with a dipping sauce of your choice. Have two or three to a portion, depending on size, unshelled, and not too cold. Let diners shell and then dip. Finger bowls might be needed!
Sauce suggestions - “American hot cocktail sauce” - , equal quantities of ketchup or fiery chilli ketchup mixed with hot horseradish sauce. Or freshly grated horseradish if you can get some.
Soy, shredded ginger and fresh lime juice. Mix together in a small decorative bowl. Add a tiny pinch of sugar if you like. Garnish with sliced spring onions.

I've been addicted to crab salad of late, white crab meat, chopped red chilli, snipped chives and finely chopped spring onion. Mix with quality or homemade mayo, seasoning and a squeeze of lime and serve with sourdough toasts. It's really good.
