Jazzing up a chicken breast

I'm on my own for a few days, and have bought myself three chicken breasts for my dinners.

I have a few ways to make them more interesting (spice rubs, marinades, that kind of thing) but am always on the hunt for new ideas. I've got a nicely stocked spice cupboard, so I'd love some suggestions for ways to cook them that'll be different over three nights.

All ideas gratefully received. Me and my stomach thank you in advance.

Slit the side and fill with feta then wrap in Parma ham

firstly next time get thighs.cheaper and more delicious :)

Yes i agree kateandme. I hate chicken breasts personally. Mainly dry as Gandhi's flip flops.

I do like thighs, so thank you for the olive magazine link. I now have way too many ideas!
