Does anyone know any nice and easy to make cocktails?
Having a girls night and offered to make cocktails and then realised that i don't know any!!
Looked at recipes online but they all seem to require "one shot of something posh that I've never heard of.."
gonna ideally make jugs for everyone to help themselves instead of individually,
Any ideas??

French 75 - gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, fizz.
Cherry bombe - Disaronno and cherry cordial with dash of lemon juice.

For jugs, how about Mojito? Rum, sugar, mint, lime.

Bellinis always feel posh.

Peach purée (Tesco always has it) + Prosecco.

Shamelessly place marking Smile

Bellini tip, the baby peach pouches work really well! Just make sure it's a pure peach one like Ella's kitchens white peaches.

Hugo:
25ml elderflower cordial
Few mint leaves crushed
Wedge of lime
100ml ish prosecco
Soda water to top up
Just put all the above in a largish wine glass with ice
Yummy!

Pina Colada is just rum, coconut cream/milk and pineapple juice

Woo woo ... vodka, peach schnapps (archers) and cranberry juice

For Sex on the beach you just add orange juice to the woo woo

Those are the easiest ones I can think of

English garden cocktail is nice. Gin, elderflower liqueur and cloudy apple juice and a squeeze of lime.
