Dauphinoise potatoes in the slow cooker

Can these be done successfully? I am not finding walk-throughs for these so just wondering if this is one of these dishes that just does not work for the s.c.

Or does anyone have a similarly cheesey-potatoey-creamy kind of recipe that would just go nicely with simple meat and green vegetables.

Thank you

I wonder if having cream heating for so long might make it curdle? Also no crispy top. I'd be interested to know if it works though!

Saw this, seems similar no idea if it would work though. slowcookergourmet.net/slow-cooker-gratin-potatoes/

I bet you could, dont people make overnight porridge and rice pudding in their slow cookers?
Boulangere might work better though (but not creamy/cheesy).
