Defrosted Linda Mc sausages...refreeze?

I made some veggie sausage rolls this afternoon using defrosted Linda McCartney veggie sausages, but the oven died before I had chance to cook them! (Literally the fan overheated and it has an error message where the temp usually is )

Think I can freeze them uncooked? It's just those sausages mashed up with mango chutney in chilled ready to roll pastry?

Thanks for replying.. they're still in the fridge at the minute, it's not meat so I am really tempted to chop them and freeze them 🤔
