Hi ladies. Can i have your best vegetable soup recipes? This has been my favourite since left over Xmas dinner :)

I usually just chuck everything in (maybe fry off in olive oil) But here is my quickest ever soup recipe: Frozen chopped onions, fry off. Add cumin, garlic, salt, pepper, turmeric, then tinned chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, a tin of chickpeas and a cube of sugar to offset the acidity. Add water/stock and heat! Filling, chunky and healthy!
