I have friends coming for dinner soon and I have found out one person coming can’t eat any dairy. I am now completely stuck. Any fantastic ideas? Thanks.

Any meal that doesn't contain butter, milk, cream, yogurt or cheese.

There's 1000s of them!

If you do a roast just check things like gravy.

Are you going fancy or a more family meal type thing?

Disfordarkchocolate · 28/01/2019 18:20

Chilli, Curry, Burgers, roast dinner? Loads to pick from.
You can use Pure margarine instead of butter. And oat or soya milk instead of cows milk. Most recipes adapt easily enough (apart from cheese so far).

What would you normally cook?

I think I’ve over thought it! Plenty ideas there.
