DF Salmon recipe help please.

I have 2 salmon fillets, 4 to feed which consists of 2 adults and 2 children and one of us is DF.

Cam anyone suggest a tried and tested recipe please? Ive been searching for 20 minutes and haven’t seen anything I fancy yet.

Keep it simple? Cook the salmon, flakecit into a nice mixed salad, serve with baked or baby potatoes?

I find salmon quite an overpowering flavour so as much as I love it I like it in reasonable bland/fresh dishes.

Fish cakes are great for eking out. Bake the salmon until it's just cooked. Flake into loads of mashed tatty (you could add spring onions or sweetcorn if you're that way inclined). Make into patties. Dip in flour then egg then breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown. Serve with veg.
