Tomato and eggs

So just done a recipe on the hob that is basically eggs in a tomato spinack cumin and chilli sauce. It was absolutely delicious!

Got me wondering if i could slow cooker it. Anyone tried anything similar?

Yes thats what Bootstrap jack calls it. But i was afraid of having a spelling nightmare and im sure ive seen it called other stuff but i cant remember what.

Yes thats what i was looking for but its a pain you have to add the eggs twenty mins before dishing. Hoping to stick it all in before the gym and have it ready when i get home starving!!

Fry the eggs and just place them on top - or poach if frying scares you.
