minced lamb

Last week I got sent minced lamb instead of minced beef with my food shopping but didn't realise until it was too late.

We never eat minced lamb - what can I cook with it?

You could do Minted Lamb Burgers?

I regularly make this, it's really delicious (I usually do a bit of linguine with it with grated courgettes and lemon juice, all the flavours really work well)

Or I like making a tomatoey-Moroccan spiced mince filling and topping it with scrunched up filo pastry brushed with butter to make a sort of pie.

keema...lamb, rice, peas is the gist.

thanks all - think I'll go with a lamb ragu and try and pass it off as a sort of bolognaise. We don't eat lamb mince generally because the kids don't like it so hopefully they will disguised as something else
