I am a bit sick of all my day-to-day recipes and am looking or inspiration. But having browsed in Waterstones today I came away empty handed.

Can anyone recommend a good one?

Greens cookbooks [there are a few] by annie Sommerville are some of my favourite...also the Moosewood ones, Celia Brookes Brown and of cousre the Delia veggie one isn't bad

I find the Leith's Vegetarian Bible a really useful reference style cookbook though it's not necessarily what you'd want to dip into on a day to day basis (and there are no pics!)

Sarah Browne's Vegetarian Kitchen.

Anything by Rose Elliott - particularly Cheap and Easy or The Bean Book.

Am a bit to admit that I find myself going back to 'Baby and Child Vegetarian Recipies' (basically the veggie version of Anable Karmel) time and time again for basic family recipies.
