What main meal do you tend to cook most frequently?

For me it's pasta bake with chestnut mushrooms, spinach and goats cheese.

Curry. Could be chicken, lamb, goat, keema, prawn, paneer, lentil.... but ultimately it's still curry. We probably have some sort.of curry at least once a week.

Spaghetti Arabiatta as it’s DS’s favourite, probably twice a week - loads of chilli and loads of garlic.
A chicken thing with peppers, peas, sweet corn and a white wine and tarragon sauce.
Chilli.

Roast- usually have one a week, although vary the meat option, so could be gammon/chicken/toad in the hole etc

Probably next in line would be curry
