I am making a chocolate mousse cake for pudding this evening (we're having friends over) but am now thinking maybe I'll make chocolate brownies too. Mmmm.

if i bake any more i could open a bakery shop!

Well i jacked in the idea for the chocolate mousse cake in favour of the brownies - and they are SCRUM!!!
