Diced beef recipes

Hi all

I have two packs of diced beef to use up and I'm looking for some family friendly diced beef recipes that are relatively cheap and suitable for a 2 and 10 year old. Not beef stew though as we had that last week and want to try something different . TIA

Taco's? Or fajitas? With some extra Tabasco onhamd for the adults ? Lots of grated carrot and salad things, plus cheese and avocado and full fat yoghurt instead of sour cream.

Beef and horseradish cobbler, real winter food!

Goulash. Start with lots of fried onions, garlic, add the beef, paprika, red or green peppers, tin of tomatoes, caraway seed, small new potatoes and cook gently in the oven until tender (add as little extra liquid as possible) .
Serve with caraway and horseradish dumplings and garlic bread. Or top the dish with slices of garlic bread spread with mustard and return to the oven for 10 minutes to crisp it up.

Beef, passata/tin tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, worstershire sauce, garlic, onions, courgette, carrots, mushrooms. All in a big pot, simmer low for 3-5 hours. Lush.
