Savoury dishes using dark rum?

Hi! Leftover rum after making Delia torte for Christmas. Any ideas for using it? We only have puddings at Christmas and don't want to drink it, not keen.
BBC Good food only comes up with puddings and drinks.
Any ideas please?

The only thing I can think of is a bbq sauce. Something like this (disclaimer, I haven’t tried this recipe):
