Any Mauritians out there?

I'm looking to expand on my Mauritian cuisine recipes as mine are limited.

If there are any Mauritians or anyone who knows a good recipe on here who would be willing to share their recipes with me, I'd be very grateful.

The winner of MasterChef a few years ago was from Mauritius - Shelina Permalloo . She has some recipes on her website which might be a good starting place shelinacooks.com/recipes/mauritian-recipes
