Ideas for joints and meat

I've done a bulk order and now I've a medium Lamb Shoulder, Smallish unsmoked joint of Ham and a smallish joint of Pork.

There's only me so I'm thinking I'll either cut and portion them now before freezing or cook and then freeze or a combination. I've a decent slow cooker so can use that.

Any ideas for what to do with any of them? Particularly the ham and the lamb. I've more of an idea of what to do with the pork.

Be careful to check the weight against your own leg of lamb for correct timings - there is a table somewhere.

I boiled then roasted my ham, you could have it with mash or roast potatoes and veg, or sliced up with egg and chips. Then any leftovers could be made into pea and ham soup or something similar , even if you freeze the ham to make that at a later date.

I think they recommend 20-30 mins per 500g plus 20 mins.

I'd use this recipe for cooking the ham www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/3032/maple-and-mustard-glazed-ham The flavours go really well with this winter coleslaw recipe www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/890635/christmas-slaw and baked potatoes. If you have any leftover, it works well in this ham and leek pie which is for two www.coop.co.uk/recipes/ham-and-leek-pie

A garlic cream sauce would go well with the lamb
