Chicken breast recipes needed please

I need a quick meal fortm night. It must be simple. It must not be a casorole. It cant be cury. But anything else is fair game. I have a pack of 3 chicken breasts. It's hot here also, so no winter recipes. Must be kid friendly.

french garlic chicken serve with rice or pasta were lo carbing so have cauliflower rice and kids have normal

Chicken schnitzel. Pound flat, season, dredge in flour, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, fry in butter, serve with lemon wedges and salad.
