Out of date Camembert

5 days out of date.

I know. Breeding ground for listeria.

But. It’s a big full lovely CAMEMBERT.

If I nuke it in the oven to tongue-blistering temperature. And then scoop great chunks out with a breadstick.

Who will die - the oven-cooked listerias, or me?

Omg, I buy it and leave it to ripen for weeks, 5 days is nowhere near runny enough.
You won't die, but you won't get full enjoyment.
