Does anyone have any idea where I can reasonable priced pre-cut/portioned cakes please? Am needing to feed around 80 people puddings at a party a week on Saturday, and don't really have the time (or inclination!) to bake! Would also like them to arrive pre-cut so I don't have to worry about taking cutting implements with me!
Have been wondering about cupcakes as an alternative, so again, any suggestions for reasonably priced ones?
I have looked for cakes, but seem to be coming up with companies like Brakes, who won't supply to individuals, only companies.
I have also considered ordering the mini individual sponges from sponge.co.uk, as have had their cakes before and they are nice, and I could get 80 for £100 (or possibly £90, as I think they do student discount), but wasn't sure if a load of little boxes on the table might look naff.
Just looking for a few alternative ideas really!
