Pretty sure I know the answer but thought I'd ask anyway.
We had two tiers left over from our wedding cake - a basic sponge covered in fondant.
Both were frozen and the larger used for my 30th birthday seven months later.
In April our DS turns one and the cake four. It'll be inedible I presume?
I plan to use it for cake smash photos and get a proper eating one as well but don't want to poison the baby!
