What meal do you enjoy cooking?

What is your favorite meal to eat?

I enjoy cooking any meal if its cooked in peace.

My favorite meal is something which i have not eaten for a long time.

I like cooking roasts and doing salady things that require lots of chopping and methodical actions. Pref without small child attached to leg in manner of tearful limpet.

Favourite meal is a toss up between roast rib of beef, roast pots, cauli cheese, savoy cabbage and gravy, or an oven baked jacket potato with butter and strong grated cheddar. Yum. Second place goes to mackerel sashimi in my favourite restaurant where we live, but that might be the sake talking.
