What gravy / sauce do you serve with warm sliced ham?

Not sure if needs a gravy but dh likes his food wet 🙄. Not keen on parsley sauce and when I boiled/roasted a ham on xmas day there were no pan juices.

Just extra cheese sauce from the cauliflower

No to gravy!
Just use the cheese sauce from the cauliflower cheese as the "wet".

Depends on how much sauce in the cauliflower cheese.

And what type of potato.

If there is plenty of cheese sauce then no. If there isn't a lot of sauce but the potato is mash then it's probably ok without. If roasties then my DH would want gravy as he also like wet food, but I wouldn't because I hate soggy roasties.

Extra cheese sauce.

Will be hassleback potatoes (skin on sliced /baked).

I can make extra cheese sauce when doing the cauliflower. Thanks!!
