How long will the turkey and gammon last? Is it still OK to eat?

Guidelines say three to four days max for leftover refrigerated cold meat. Should be fine eaten cold, but to be safe I'd reheat it piping hot all the way through just to kill off anything!

I've got so much gammon to eat by the end of today! No idea what to do with it!
