What to serve with cold meats?

My other half is bringing home a few of his fishing mates for dinner this evening.

I have lots of leftover turkey and ham I was going to put out (plus lots of bloody cheese - more a case of get the crap out the house)

What can I serve it with? I was thinking of making some mash and cauliflower cheese but what else? Having cooked veg seems weird with cold ham and turkey and they wouldn't want salad.

Any ideas?

I've also got some 'posh' stuffing and pigs in blankets I'm going to do

I’d make some potato salad and coleslaw probably

Proper chips

Chips are lovely with cold meats. Or just some really nice bread and crackers.

Pickles, home made coleslaw and potato salad or sweet potato wedges

Fried potatoes go well with cold meats I think, or bubble and squeak is always popular.

Another vote for chips. Some bread and some pickles.

Coleslaw, crusty bread, chutney, potato salad. Maybe cranberry sauce to make a nice sandwiche with ham and turkey?

Chips or potato gratin if you want hot or potato salad / coleslaw / crusty bread if cold
