I made a beef stew before I went to bed last night so it's been on low in my slow cooker for 9 hours.
Tastes great and ready to serve but family not coming until lunchtime today. What do I do with it now?!! Switch it off? Leave it on low? Stick outside back door so it's cold?! Too big to fit in fridge and wasn't sure if it was necessary if were eating at lunchtime, but don't want to poison everyone.
Anyone more grown up than me know?
