grate some apple, chop some garlic very fine, mix with wholemeal breadcrumbs. Squash on top of pork chops, drizzle with melted butter, in the oven, bob's your uncle etc

Cook for a while in oven covered in foil, then add some gravy made up of water toms, onions, salt & black pepper, they fall apart.

I grill mine, under medium grill, you need to put a pan of water underneath (that keeps it from drying out) At the last few minutes brush with a mixture of honey, chili powder and soy sauce if you have. I turn twice, once after 9 minutes, again after nine minutes, then brush, push up the heat for 3 minutes, turn brush 3 min and bob's your uncle. succulent loin chops!
