Slow Cooked ham for 12 hours?

I need to slow cook a ham for tomorrow lunch time - I don't want to turn it on at 4am so can I just cook it from midnight tonight on low or will it get tough?

It'll be fine. I've done it in the slow cooker from 10pm and left it til around lunch time and switched it onto warm until ready to serve.

On low in the slow cooker it will be fine. if you've got any cider is a nice cooking liquid.

How big is your ham? Mine is 5kg and I was unsure on how long to leave it
