Time for the traditional "How to cook red cabbage for Christmas?" thread

This is my go to recipe, what are yours?

Mine's very similar, juice of an orange, teaspoon of mixed spice, 2 apples, glass of red wine. I'm not that crazy about it to be honest but everyone else goes mad for it!

Oh and I do put light brown sugar in too...

Delia's is spot on for me.

Make mine with cider and apple - Good Food recipe here. Then use the rest of the cider for the turkey gravy, it’s yum!
