Mine's very similar, juice of an orange, teaspoon of mixed spice, 2 apples, glass of red wine. I'm not that crazy about it to be honest but everyone else goes mad for it!

Make mine with cider and apple - Good Food recipe here. Then use the rest of the cider for the turkey gravy, it’s yum!
