Seeking baking experts !
I'm wanting to make some of the really pretty gingerbread boxes and fill them with little edible treats.
I want to give them out on Saturday and as i'm making a fair few, is it too soon to make and bake the gingerbread tonight (Wednesday) to assemble on Friday? Will they spoil by Saturday or still be edible?
I was thinking of making the box sides tonight, storing in airtight containers and then assembling on Friday. After decorating i was going to store in little cellophane bags
Any storage tips would be great!
