Bacon Grill a good substitute instead of corned beef?

Just wondering would this be OK instead of corned beef? Do I have to cook bacon grill before eating it or can we just eat it straight out of the tin? I've never had it before Shock

I've never heard of it. I have nothing useful to add, sorry!

Ok, having looked up what it is, it isn't anything like corned beef, it's a lump of meat that you slice. If it's the Morrisons one it says you can eat it cold, or pan fry it. It suggests using it where you might use normal bacon.

OH eats bacon grill, he slices it and grills it on either side. He says to cook it.
