I have made beef with broccoli for this evening's dinner. I followed a recipe, it is in my Instant Pot, and on 'keep warm' for when the family arrive home.
I have just tasted it and it is far too spicy for my palate, and I know that the children won't cope with it. It called for 1 tsp of red chilli flakes, which is what I have used.
How do I came the heat down? I don't really want to use yogurt/cream/milk, as it is a Chinese-type sauce, and the dairy element won't go well with it.
What else can I use?
