Long shot, but does anyone have this recipe?

Years ago, I made a cranachan roulade for a NYE dinner party, and it was amaaaaaazing. I'd like to make it again for Christmas but I can't find the recipe anywhere!

I think it was from the Observer or maybe the Sunday Times. If anyone has it, or a similar one, I'll be very grateful!

Thanks, it sounds nice but it wasn't a meringue roulade, it was a sponge one. You soaked the sponge in whisky and honey, if I recall correctly, and mixed raspberries and oats through the cream.
